March with us in the Glen Ridge Memorial Day Parade

The Glen Ridge Historical Society will be marching in the Glen Ridge Memorial Day Parade, beginning at 11 AM on Monday, May 25th. All members are invited to walk with us as we celebrate the U.S. Semiquincentennial!

The parade is organized by the Glen Ridge Kiwanis Club. Participants will meet-up at the corner of Baldwin and Sherman Avenue at 10:30 AM. The parade proceeds south on Ridgewood Avenue to the War Memorial in front of the Ridgewood Avenue School, where the traditional service of remembrance will be held. In the event of rain, the service will be held in the school auditorium.

After the service, everyone is invited to the train station for the annual town picnic.
