Two homes were awarded the 2022 Preservation Award!
252 Ridgewood Avenue owned by Clare Delaney and Michael De Leeuw, built between 1900 and 1910.
And 10 Woodland Avenue owned by Carly and John Murphy, built around 1910.

The owners removed the aluminum siding and repaired the underlying wood siding, reinforced the deck structure and put in mahogany deck boards, and replaced corbels, fascias, soffits, moldings cornerboards, skirtboards, and lattice, and repainted the house.
